We have been looking forward to this sale for a while.  Thanking you again for all your attendance in our last huge sale.

This sale is for the estate of Virginia Frenzel a long-time resident of Kingsville & Rockport.  Her parents originally owned the “Shell Shop” in Rockport, TX.  She was a graduate from Texas A&I University in Kingsville.  Virginia was an elementary school teacher and taught in Rockport, Petronila, and Bishop for 33 years prior to retiring.  She volunteered at Christus-Spohn Hospital as well as a member of the Kingsville Historical Society.  She mostly enjoyed instructing all children and had extraordinary pride in spending time with her family most especially her grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband Howard.  A life well lived and enjoyed.  This home will be up for sale in the near future.
